Beverage: Ginger Water Kefir & Spring Water:

This drink makes a great-tasting replacement for soda (pop).

Unlike soda, water kefir gives you carbonation and a slightly gingery sweet taste without the bad-for-you sugars or artificial sweeteners.

It is also a probiotic. So, if you are not into yogurt and/or are sensitive to dairy, this would also be helpful in the digestive department.
