A dinner made with ingredients on the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) waits for you in Gainesville, FL.
The dinner will be served at 5:30 pm, followed by support group and concluding by 7:00 pm.
Cost: $20 includes full course meal, and beverage
February 3rd Menu:
Ginger Chicken Thighs or Tafelspitz:
Ginger Chicken Thighs:Finely chopped ginger, apple cider vinegar, and bone broth form a nicely pungent sauce for this succulent chicken dish. OR Tafelspitz: Traditional German slow-cooked chuck roast served with a creamy horseradish sauce on the side.
You’ll have a hard time choosing between either one of these dishes!
Kale Sauté: Fresh organic kale sautéed in olive oil and chicken bone broth makes adults and youngsters alike shout, “Oh, Kale Yes!” Boniato Buttons: Crispy on the outside and creamy soft yumminess on the inside, this is will become your favorite root vegetable.
Beverage: Ginger Water Kefir & Spring Water: This drink makes a great-tasting replacement for soda (pop).
Unlike soda, water kefir gives you carbonation and a slightly gingery sweet taste without the bad-for-you sugars or artificial sweeteners.
It is also a probiotic. So, if you are not into yogurt and/or are sensitive to dairy, this would also be helpful in the digestive department.
